Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, organize, and oversee IT/OT projects.
- Support and configure software and hardware to ensure operations support and compliance with regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, business continuity, and financial requirements.
- Ensure manufacturing and lab solutions align with GAHM IT standards and strategy.
- Deliver user-centric outcomes in daily operations, projects, and product teams, including training and communications.
- Develop domain expertise in key Manufacturing and Quality business processes, systems, and data.
- Apply systems lifecycle and IT processes/methods to deliver process integration solutions.
- Ensure operational stability, maintenance, performance, and compliance of production products/applications.
- Act as site Data Steward; maintain manufacturing/lab systems in the site CMDB.
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years progressive IT and/or OT experience in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration).
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology.
- Strong business acumen and rapport with peers/executives; out-of-the-box thinking.
- Organizational savvy managing cross-expertise/geography/culture relationships.
- Experience with Modernization/Digitization (e.g., IoT) and integration/management of biopharma manufacturing systems.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Project management; situational analysis/decision-making.
- Engage vendors and third-party integrators.
- SDLC; GxP-regulated environment.
- IT: networking, VLANs, firewall rules. OT: historians, MES, SCADA, PLCs, Purdue Model.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking; strong communication; collaboration; attention to detail; adaptability/continuous learning; customer focus; proactive/self-driven.
