Objectives include driving sales growth through expert crop management guidance, field trial execution, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities encompass planning and conducting field trials, collaborating with farmers, seed dealers, and internal teams to optimize product positioning, delivering technical training, and developing an Agronomy Business Plan aligned with sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s in agronomy or related field; 6+ years of agronomy or R&D experience; strong technical knowledge of seed, trait, and crop protection; proficiency in field trial management and data analysis; excellent communication skills; valid driver’s license with the ability to travel ~60%. Preferred: advanced degrees (MS/PhD) and experience in managing product portfolios, stakeholder relationship-building, and digital agronomy tools.
