Tech@Lilly MQ Sr. Director – Lehigh Valley

Role: Senior Director of IT at Lilly's new manufacturing site in Lehigh Valley, leading the site’s IT strategy, operations, and compliance to support advanced biologics manufacturing with next-gen technologies, data analytics, and AI. Responsibilities: establish and execute the site IT roadmap, ensure operational readiness of systems (ERP, Manufacturing Execution, Laboratory Management, Data Integration), lead cross-functional collaboration, develop team capabilities, maintain cGMP compliance, and promote operational excellence and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of IT leadership in regulated, science-based industries; experience with data analytics, AI, and regulatory standards (cGMP); strong leadership, communication, and change management skills. Preferred: previous Agile methodology experience.
