Job Summary
The Talent Partner (limited-term) is a key business partner for full-cycle recruiting and hiring support. Manages a high volume of requisitions across multiple business units, including intake/qualification, sourcing and pipeline development, candidate screening/assessment, and coordination through selection and offer. Partners with HRBPs and Total Rewards/Compensation to develop competitive offers and support offer negotiation. Implements and continuously improves recruiting programs, processes, tools, and reporting.

Essential Functions
- Serve as a strategic partner to ensure consistent, effective, and efficient talent acquisition.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes and related systems for high-volume requisitions.
- Conduct intake/qualification of hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies/plans.
- Develop creative sourcing solutions and build talent pipelines.
- Educate and coach hiring managers on recruiting responsibilities, processes, and technology.
- Source, screen, schedule, interview, evaluate, and present qualified candidates; support selection decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to align role competencies with business needs.
- Partner with HRBPs/Total Rewards to develop offers, make compensation recommendations, and support negotiations.
- Support diversity initiatives by presenting diverse candidate pools and mitigating bias.
- Maintain and update recruiting best practices based on trends and business needs.
- Ensure recruiting is compliant with legal parameters and internal policies; maintain accurate documentation/dispositions.
- Participate in Affirmative Action Planning, including disposition coding, diverse pool efforts, and manager training support.

Minimum Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Extensive ATS experience and accurate candidate documentation/dispositions.
- Strong sourcing skills for passive and active candidates.
- Ability to partner with/influence stakeholders at all levels (including senior leadership).
- Biopharmaceutical/life sciences recruiting experience; regulated (GxP) environments preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coach/consult/influence hiring leaders.
- Customer service orientation; strong candidate-experience mindset.
- Ability to work fast in a changing environment.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices.

Benefits/Compensation
- Estimated annual base salary range: $89,000–$107,600. Certain roles may be eligible for additional incentive compensation (e.g., merit increases, annual bonus, and/or long-term incentives such as stock options).
- Comprehensive benefits package is available (eligibility governed by plan documents).
