Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the system strategy for the global Learning Management System (LMS), driving enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Manage strategic partnerships with IT and system vendors (performance, updates) and ensure alignment with the technology roadmap.
- Serve as primary liaison with the Quality team to maintain the validated learning system state in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and empower the global learning administrator network with best practices, expert support, and a community of practice.
- Partner with talent management and functional learning leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable system configurations and process improvements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs Degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3β5 years managing enterprise-level learning systems or related talent technology.
- Skills: LMS expertise (configuration, user support, reporting e.g., SuccessFactors, Skillsoft, Workday Learning); vendor management (contracts, performance, updates); understanding of validated system requirements (GxP) and partnering with Quality/Compliance to maintain system integrity.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading/playing a key role in an LMS implementation or migration.
- Proven ability to improve user experience via system enhancements/process improvements.
- Experience with global LMS instances (multi-language, regional compliance).
- Project management experience/certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Learning.
