Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and posting through screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and hiring; partner with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent; collaborate with Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcing and participate in recruiting events, including campus recruiting.
- Champion the employer brand by marketing the company, function, and roles to prospective candidates.
- Optimize and standardize recruitment processes; educate and influence hiring leaders; drive continuous improvement on key metrics (e.g., documentation compliance, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction).
- Build and manage critical relationships (candidates, hiring managers, HR, external vendors), including vendor management for hard-to-fill roles.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Experience: 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting or relevant experience.
- Skills: Collaboration; technology/software skills, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and recruiting CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs or advanced degree.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume recruiting.
- Experience with GEM (candidate management system).
- Customer and Personal Service; Deductive Reasoning/problem solving/problem sensitivity.
