Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from building job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate efficient scheduling.
- Work closely with hiring managers, People Services & Culture, and business leaders to understand talent needs and implement recruitment strategies.
- Use job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent the company at career events, networking functions, and industry forums to enhance employer brand presence.
- Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Assist with People Services and talent-related initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong experience in scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and People Services & Culture partners.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
- Comfortable working on a computer and in an office setting.
- Self-starter who can prioritize and complete tasks.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
Preferred:
- Recruiting experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing.
- Experience using Greenhouse.
California pay range: $70,000 USD - $80,000 USD.
Candidates must have current, valid authorization to work in the country where this role is located.
