System Engineer LP2 Tech at Lilly

Role: System Engineer supporting Lilly's digital and GMP-compliant systems landscape, focusing on business systems, infrastructure, and QC Lab systems. Responsibilities: provide technical support and troubleshooting, configure and operate subsystems, gather and document business requirements, develop SOPs, support system validation and change management, optimize processes through automation and standardization, and develop operational dashboards (e.g., PowerBI). Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years in systems engineering or technical support; 2+ years GMP/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience; authorized to work in the U.S. HighValue: GMP environment, manufacturing automation, QC Lab systems, validation, data integrity, PowerBI, and regulated pharma operations.
