Sustainability Senior Manager

Role: Senior Manager leading Pfizer’s Environmental Sustainability initiatives, focusing on climate, biodiversity, and product sustainability within the manufacturing network. Responsibilities: develop and implement strategies for Scope 3 emissions reduction, sustainable sourcing, and responsible supply chain management; manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with External Supply and Procurement to advance net zero goals; track performance metrics, analyze emerging regulations, and develop compliance frameworks; represent Pfizer externally in sustainability initiatives and thought leadership. Qualifications: bachelor's degree with 6+ years (or master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ years); expertise in GHG accounting, supply chain emissions, biodiversity frameworks, and sustainability policies; proven leadership in complex organizations; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
