Role: Paralegal, Contracts supporting Acadia's legal team by reviewing, drafting, and managing a high volume of commercial agreements including consulting, vendor, confidentiality, and amendments. Responsibilities: evaluate contract terms for compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, track contract lifecycle, and maintain accurate records; assist with legal review preparations and related administrative duties. Requirements: bachelorβs degree with at least five years' corporate or contracts paralegal experience, proficiency in contract review, drafting, negotiation, and electronic contract management systems; strong MS Office skills. Preferred: paralegal certification, knowledge of legal principles and contract terminology, experience with AI-enabled legal tools, and biotech/pharma industry familiarity.
