Position Summary:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory by identifying targeted hospitals, surgical centers, and related entities.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and tissues by engaging established customers and developing new prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals.
- Identify, define, and execute market opportunities; implement marketing strategies and sales plans; grow balanced revenue across customer accounts using surgical sales channels (hospitals, surgical centers, related entities).
- Use approved presentation materials to conduct large group and individual presentations to customers and prospects.
- Research and resolve purchase order issues for customers in accordance with policies and guidelines.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with the company’s wound account executive and management to support physicians using company products.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts.
- Stay current on industry activities and local market knowledge.
- Use scientific medical studies to educate customers/prospects on product and tissue properties, results, and outcomes.
- Define and establish territory plans to meet current and long-term revenue and sales goals.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in a related discipline.
- 2–5 years related experience, including 1–3 years progressive responsible positions (or verifiable ability).
- OR MS/MA and 1–3 years related experience (certification required in some areas).
- Prefer 3–4 years in medical device/biotechnology/tissue segments; prior high-growth experience and relationship-building.

Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to interact with all management levels; influence others with tenacity/diplomacy.
- Organized, flexible, multi-tasking, analytical; market analysis and ability to present clinical/scientific data to physicians.
- Track record of sales achievement and strategic selling/market analytics.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers.

Work Environment:
- Customer/clinical sites and/or home office; follow dress code; comply with credentialing/registration and up-to-date vaccines; regular local/long-distance travel within territory.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary: $84,000–$102,000 plus commissions (based on experience/education/location). Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), ESPP, vacation, and parental leave.
