Surgery Imaging Field Engineer 1

Role: Field Service Engineer supporting GEHC Surgery (OEC Imaging) equipment within the New Mexico/El Paso TX region, focusing on installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support. Responsibilities: perform timely service tasks independently, collaborate with experienced engineers, communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction, and promote value-added services. Maintain accurate service records, manage parts, and escalate issues per protocol. Engage with sales teams for account growth and customer retention. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent military/training background; 4+ years' experience servicing electronic medical equipment; proficiency in web and Microsoft tools; valid driver's license; willingness to work after hours and on weekends as needed. Special Physical Requirements: lifting up to 35 lbs., physical agility, good dexterity, and visual acuity. Preferred: experience with surgical modalities.
