Surgery Imaging Field Engineer 1

Role: Field Service Engineer supporting GEHC Surgery (OEC Imaging) in the New Mexico/El Paso TX area, focusing on installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for surgical imaging equipment. Responsibilities: perform timely on-site service tasks, collaborate with experienced engineers, communicate effectively with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction, and promote value-added services. Manage administrative duties like service logs and parts ordering, escalate issues per process, and contribute to key account relationships. Also involved in identifying sales opportunities and market trends. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related; military experience or equivalent training; 4+ years servicing electronic equipment if no degree; proficiency with web applications and Microsoft tools; valid Driver's License; ability to work after hours and on-call; physically capable of lifting 35 lbs and performing physical tasks. Preferred: experience with surgical modalities.
