Overview:
Manufacturing Product and Packaging Operations supervisor for the Ottava production team. Supports execution of strategic initiatives, focusing on hiring, training, and mentoring team members; analyzes workflows, identifies bottlenecks using Lean and Six Sigma, and implements process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and own the daily production build plan
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Supervise technicians; hire, train, and mentor team members
- Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Document and share best practices to foster innovation and operational excellence
- Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent university degree (required)
- 2+ years of relevant professional work experience (required)
- Supervisory experience in medical devices (required)
- Lean and Six Sigma (and other continuous improvement) experience (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams (required)
- Strong personnel management skills (required)

Preferred:
- Capital equipment experience in medical device manufacturing
- Familiarity with medical device labeling and packaging

Other:
- Up to 10% domestic/international travel
