Support Services Team Lead- Full Time- 3rd Shift

Role: Support Services Team Leader overseeing laboratory operations in a clinical setting, primarily on third shift, in Houston, TX. Responsibilities: supervise daily lab processes, oversee specimen preparation and routing, enforce policies, perform quality assurance checks, resolve production errors, and drive process improvements. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years of experience, preferably in clinical laboratory settings; strong computer skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational and critical thinking skills; ability to pass color blindness test. Preferred: Associates degree or higher, Labcorp experience, 4+ years in medical/clinical labs, 4+ years supervisory experience. Work Setup: third shift, Tuesday through Saturday, with rotating holidays/weekends and potential overtime.
