Supply Chain Planner (Princeton)
Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory planning for all Rx and SRx products to meet market demands.
- Oversee movement of goods from production to delivery to the end customer.
- Track key performance indicators to monitor and report performance.
- Optimize inventory holdings to limit excess stock while fulfilling timely customer orders.
- Collaborate with project management/marketing and procurement to facilitate timely launch of new products or new SKUs.
- Coordinate daily with external manufacturing and quality teams to facilitate batch releases.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual inventory reconciliations with UPS, ensuring communication, approval, and adjustments for destruction and write-offs.
- Ensure master data setups adhere to SOP and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) requirements.
- Collaborate with customer service and quality teams on returns to determine product disposition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical background.
Skills/Attributes (Preferred):
- ERP experience: SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis.
- Cross-functional team experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical, investigative, organizational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
