Supply Operations Specialist

Role: Supply Operations Specialist supporting pharmaceutical supply chain functions at Novartis. Objectives include executing procurement, material planning, order management, and ensuring reliable product supply. Responsibilities encompass establishing supply plans balancing service, capacity, and costs; managing order fulfillment and shipments; monitoring KPIs and supplier performance; optimizing MRP and master data; collaborating with cross-functional teams (procurement, QA/QC, manufacturing); and ensuring compliance with GMP and logistics regulations using SAP and BI tools.
