Key Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of supply chain dashboards and reports (e.g., OTIF, cycle time, inventory aging, capacity, and freight costs).
- Translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver recurring and ad-hoc insights for leadership.
- Standardize KPI definitions and ensure consistent measurement across functions.
- Integrate and harmonize data from SAP, 3PLs, WMS/TMS, freight payment processors, and clinical/commercial systems.
- Maintain data quality controls for master data, lot/batch/PO matching, and data lineage; steward data dictionaries and standards.
- Establish and monitor exception handling, audit trails, and issue remediation workflows.
- Design and operate automated processes to reconcile internal ERP data with external partner feeds.
- Ensure SOX-compliant documentation and support internal/external audits; investigate discrepancies and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Build and maintain simulation/scenario models (e.g., capacity, storage, logistics risk) to support network strategy and procurement decisions; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Validate PO allocations, freight invoices, and coding against policy and master data; partner with finance/logistics to resolve discrepancies and recover/prevent excess payments.
- Develop automation (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness/accuracy; create SOPs and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with commercial planning, clinical operations, logistics, procurement, QA, and finance; coordinate with external partners on data interfaces/SLAs and continuous improvement.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives; quantify impact in terms of service, cost, risk, and compliance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
OR
- Masterβs degree (MA/MS/MBA) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing.
- Strong ERP and supply chain operations management experience.
- Background in inventory planning, production scheduling, and process optimization.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and operational improvement projects.
- Experience supporting global supply chain operations and business process standardization.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $102,085.00β$132,110.00; may also include discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
