Role Summary

Supply Chain Excellence Performance Management Data & Digital Lead. Location: Zurich, Switzerland / Lexington, MA.

As a Supply Chain Excellence Performance Management Data & Digital Lead, you will manage and optimize various supply chain processes to support business goals. You will be involved developing and implementing strategies to improve logistics, production planning, and inventory performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Business Process Leadership for Performance Management and Business Intelligence.
  • Manage junior Stakeholders driving discussions around target setting and target achievement.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of Global Supply Chain KPI and the related performance management process.
  • Make information available to all levels of the business for decision making and optimization, aligning and connecting plants, functions, manufacturing regions and OPU’s, and bridging between systems.
  • Contribute to GSC/DD&T large project teams and lead mid to large projects.
  • Partner with DD&T, functions and project teams to ensure KPI reports are created and maintained; manage strategy, design, implementation and maintenance of BI solutions.
  • Lead or contribute to initiatives and complex projects in Performance Management/BI.
  • Contribute to GMS dashboard and maintenance/improvement of the GSC dashboard and its evolution.
  • Manage and enhance Global Supply Chain reporting solutions on various platforms, capturing user demand.
  • Support capability building in KPI performance management and contribute to best practice sharing and network meetings.
  • Lead Performance Dialogues and Communities of Practice (CoP’s).
  • Lead team communication including innovation and benchmarking.
  • Lead benchmarking exercises (e.g., POBOS).
  • Own digital products and contribute to data governance.
  • Handle complexity within a matrix environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Maintain strong ethics and integrity, and engage in difficult stakeholder discussions.
  • Support management of consultants, including budgeting considerations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data modeling, analytics, visualization. Biopharma experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling concepts; experience with SQL, Python, DAX, M is a plus.
  • Experience with custom data visualizations (QLIK and/or PowerBI is a plus).
  • Proficient in Supply Chain concepts (MRP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Projection, Performance Management); relevant certification (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
  • Ability to operate in highly complex situations, improve workflows, and guide others.
  • Advanced decision-making skills and ability to mentor others.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement Process strategies; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Experienced user of SAP products; familiarity with financial reporting is a plus.
  • Broad experience in Supply Chain and performance management.
  • Solid experience in SAP, APO, and BI; strong knowledge of SAP BI suite (SAP BW).
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Qlik.
  • Experience in Value Stream Mapping / End-to-End value streams is preferable.
  • Experience with capability building is preferable.
  • Lean Six Sigma education is preferable.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, or related field.
