Supply Chain Manager I – Warehouse Systems and Projects
Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse systems/process improvement and manage site warehouse projects.
- Serve as business lead for Global Supply Chain Warehouse Projects/initiatives (warehouse capacity, warehouse data analytics/AI/CI automation).
- Manage critical warehouse and material master data; ensure high-quality ERP data entry.
- Own Quality Systems Records (change control, deviations, CAPA).
- Develop user requirements; support validation activities and network projects.
- Drive S4/HANA implementation and act as Change Agent.
- Project manage initiatives; build relationships with cross-functional/global stakeholders.
- Represent Supply Chain on site project teams and NPI teams.
- Develop/implement production planning tools and methodologies.
- Serve as first point of contact for Key Users; liaise with Digital Technologies and Innovation (DTI) to resolve system issues.
- Generate/review/update site supply chain procedures; train staff in systems (SAP/ECC/S4/HANA, Cold Stream, Rapid Response).
Qualifications:
- Basic: High school/GED + 10 years OR Associate’s + 8 OR Bachelor’s + 4 OR Master’s + 2 OR Doctorate.
- Preferred: Regulated environment experience (cGMP/GDP/OSHA); supply chain/logistics/material management or engineering background; ERP-SAP & Warehouse Management (preferably S4/HANA); 5+ years supply chain management; operational excellence/continuous improvement in regulated industry; Excel/PowerPoint/Smartsheet/Skype/Tableau; change management; strong analytical and communication skills; multi-project/time management; problem-solving and learning agility.
