Grifols Diagnostics Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service & Logistics Representative I. This hybrid position is located at Research Triangle Park in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining world-class relationships with both External and Internal Diagnostics Customers, including the Commercial Operations and Technical Support departments. Assists with ensuring on time and complete delivery of goods to Diagnostics Customers in the Americas region by developing and maintaining key relationships with all Logistics providers (manufacturers, warehouses and freight carriers). Key member of the America’s Supply Chain Organization responsible for process development to improve efficiency and contribute to Cost Savings Initiatives.
This role also delivers quality products and services on time to all customers, internal and external. Where applicable, assist with providing employees with training and resources to meet or exceed customer requirements. Monitor processes and products to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. In some cases, minimal domestic and International travel may be required.
Seeks to understand customer’s needs, educates customers, builds collaborative relationships with customers, takes actions to meet customer needs and concerns, sets up customer feedback systems.
Associates Degree, advanced training, or equivalent experience required.
2-3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics roles.
Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.
