Role: Supplier Quality & Development Engineering Co-op focused on improving product quality, supply chain risk reduction, and operational excellence within GE HealthCare's Anesthesia and Respiratory Care business. Responsibilities: partner with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to support quality systems, supplier performance, process improvements, and data analytics; monitor supplier certifications, quality metrics, and facilitate corrective actions; leverage digital tools for process enhancement. Requirements: currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business); proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work at least 28 weeks, relocate to Madison, WI, and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred: prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, quality, or supply chain; familiarity with automation or digital tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python); GPA 3.0+; demonstrated leadership and adaptability.
