Supplier Governance Sr Mgr

Role: Supplier Governance Senior Manager supporting Amgen’s global clinical trial operations within the Clinical Development organization. Responsibilities include overseeing supplier performance and quality, facilitating governance meetings, supplier evaluation and onboarding, aligning supplier strategies with business needs, and driving process improvements and technology adoption. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration across study teams, procurement, quality, and compliance functions, with a focus on standardizing clinical trial execution and ensuring regulatory adherence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years in a supplier management or governance capacity within biopharma, preferably in oncology, inflammation, or rare disease areas; experience managing external suppliers and cross-functional projects; knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and global clinical trial processes; demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees (MS/PhD/RN), 9+ years of biotech or pharma experience, direct supplier oversight, project management expertise, and familiarity with clinical trial technologies.
