Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations 3rd shift (3B)

Role: Supervisor of Manufacturing Operations overseeing first, second, or third-shift cGMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing activities, including equipment setup, operation, disassembly, and cleaning. Objectives: ensure compliant, efficient production aligned with detailed schedules, lead shift personnel, and maintain audit readiness. Responsibilities: manage daily operations, review batch records, support cross-functional facility and maintenance activities, enforce GMP compliance, and uphold SOP standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline; 6+ years of experience, with prior supervisory or cell therapy/aseptic manufacturing experience preferred; knowledge of cGMP frameworks and manufacturing platforms like POMS MES advantageous. High-Value: biologics or cell therapy manufacturing, aseptic processes, overnight shifts, on-site in Cambridge, with schedule flexibility for operational needs. Collaboration: interface with QA and cross-functional teams. Work Setup: on-site, five days/week, with a 90-day onboarding/training period.
