Role: Supervisor of Manufacturing Operations overseeing first to third-shift cGMP pharmaceutical production activities, including equipment setup, operation, and cleaning. Responsibilities: lead daily manufacturing, assign work based on detailed schedules, ensure GMP compliance, execute batch record instructions, monitor facility readiness, support cross-functional operations, and maintain documentation accuracy. Requirements: Bachelor's in science, engineering, or technical field; 6+ years of experience with prior leadership preferred; cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing experience desirable; knowledge of cGMP frameworks and manufacturing platforms like POMS MES preferred.
