Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations 2nd shift (2B)

Role: Supervisor of Manufacturing Operations overseeing first, second, or third-shift cGMP drug product manufacturing activities. Responsibilities: lead daily operations, assign work based on schedules, manage equipment setup, disassembly, cleaning, and batch record execution; ensure GMP compliance, oversee documentation, and support facility readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's in science, engineering, or technical field; 6+ years of experience, with prior supervisory or cell therapy manufacturing preferred; familiarity with aseptic processes, POMS MES, and GMP standards. High-Value: cGMP biologics manufacturing, cell therapy, aseptic processing, shift leadership, regulatory compliance, cross-functional teamwork.
