Role: Supervisor of Manufacturing Operations leading cGMP activities across shifts in a biopharma drug product facility, with a focus on aseptic processing and equipment management. Responsibilities: oversee daily manufacturing, assign work based on schedules, ensure GMP compliance, review batch records, support cross-functional operations, and maintain inspection readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's in a scientific, technical, or engineering field; 6+ years experience in biopharma manufacturing, with prior supervisory or cell therapy/aseptic experience preferred; proficiency with GMP, SOPs, and manufacturing systems like POMS MES.
