Supervisor, Integrated Product Development Laboratories

As a Supervisor, Integrated Product Development Laboratories, you will oversee the packaging and labeling development laboratory spaces and equipment, drive commissioning and qualification efforts, and coordinate equipment activities to meet organizational and regulatory objectives while leading a team of Engineering Technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians supporting laboratory operations
- Ensure laboratory compliance with training requirements and GxP standards
- Maintain laboratory infrastructure and operational assets (equipment, instruments, software, documentation)
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance performance, reliability, and throughput
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/service providers
- Shape strategy and establish KPIs/metrics for effectiveness and compliance
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and performance management to direct reports
- Develop equipment commissioning-related documentation

Qualifications:
- BS in Life Sciences; packaging science/engineering preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent education/experience
- Previous people leadership/supervisory experience required
- Experience in combination products or medical devices preferred
- Able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm

Skills/Experience (Role Might Be For You If You):
