Role: Supervise and execute complex cybersecurity technology audits within AbbVie's internal Audit function, focusing on risk assessment, control evaluation, and assurance across security architecture, cloud, infrastructure, and emerging tech domains. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end audit engagements as Functional Coordinator, evaluate control design and effectiveness in areas like cloud security, IAM, vulnerability management, and threat detection; assess security architecture and incident response processes; develop risk assessments, testing strategies, and audit reports; provide advisory support during technology transformations and emerging initiatives; mentor staff and contribute to audit methodology development; communicate findings with senior management and serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert. Qualifications: Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; 5+ years in cybersecurity audits, IT risk, or cloud security; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA; strong technical expertise in security architecture, network, cloud, and threat management; excellent communication skills. Preferred: Additional certifications (CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, CRISC), experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), knowledge of industry frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls), and familiarity with threat-informed assessments (MITRE ATT&CK). High-value: Focus on technical security controls, risk-based evaluation, and stakeholder engagement within a global biopharma context, with an emphasis on cybersecurity governance and emerging technology risks.
