Role Summary
Summer 2026 MBA Interns – Business Leadership Development Program (BuiLD) at Regeneron. The program seeks 1st Year MBA students passionate about science and the business of biotechnology to join in areas including Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Market Access Strategy, New Products, and Marketing. Interns will work on meaningful projects, gain exposure to senior leadership, and experience Regeneron’s culture and mission of science to medicine.
Responsibilities
- Work on meaningful, high-impact projects
- Present final project to senior leaders including the BuiLD board
- Participate in team building and community events
- Collaborate, learn, and grow within a world-class organization
- Engage with senior leadership through events and lunches
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a distinguished MBA program, expecting to graduate Spring/Summer 2027
- Experience in biotech, biotech consulting, or biotech investing preferred
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit; ability to execute in a cross-functional environment
- Strong project management skills and proven leadership in previous roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business problems
- Integrity and high ethical standards
Education
- MBA program enrollment required (expecting Spring/Summer 2027 graduation)
Additional Requirements

- Pay Rate: $70.40/hr
