Role Summary

The Manager II, Sr Website Product Specialist (Consumer/HCP IMM) is a key cross-functional member of the Web Channel team responsible for leading team members and individual support for website projects and web programs on AbbVieβ€šΓ„Γ΄s Digital Marketing Platform (ADMP) with focused support on Strategy alignment and Account Support, Execution, Processes & Operating models and team leadership of activation leads. This role has responsibility for leading enterprise work across all Consumer and HCP Immunology websites, pilot efforts and new ways of working including managing team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal brand teamβ€šΓ„Γ΄s website platform needs for web assets, working with cross functional team members and agency and internal partners to align and execute on website priorities, supporting intake for content optimization workstreams and program leading all execution and strategic direction support.
  • Focus on Consumer and HCP Web roadmap, delivery and execution; support web platform needs such as SEO, Tagging, Analytics, Testing and Personalization; support intake for content optimization workstreams and partner with IT for execution; identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Act as day-to-day point of contact and manage a key brand.
  • Research current state: document data points, identify problem space and pain points with current Web processes and operating models.
  • Run workshops with consumers of current processes.
  • Design In Housing Pilots for Web Products and workstreams such as Testing and Personalization; run pilots and report findings and performance.
  • Author and publish new operating model playbook; execute change management; socialize deeper Site Operations Reporting Trends.
  • Holistically manage consumer Site Tagging and Tagging Optimization; manage Platform Governance (BTS collaboration and vendor alignment).
  • Act as SME for content optimization workstreams such as SEO, Site Tagging, Analytics, Testing and Personalization; define process flow for content optimization; support project tracking process for Web channel activation.
  • Mentor and manage team members; manage the product development process and lifecycle from inception to delivery, growth, and retirement; work with Brand Marketing, Agency partners, data and analytics to drive launches and enhancements.
  • Monitor release process and prioritize placements of new products or enhancements; oversee project plans tied to release schedule; provide brand Governance leadership.
  • Hands-on with content authoring and MRP submission for in-housed projects; account for platform technology needs beyond current core platforms; establish or introduce to achieve benefits and streamlined operations.
  • Instantiate a Test and learn approach; work with external authoring agency resources; implement targeted personalization projects; measure operations and site stability; ensure operations meet standards.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in a product management or equivalent role managing large, complex, direct response website(s).
  • Proven track record of launching successful web or mobile products.
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies and software development life cycle; Agile development experience.
  • Experience developing business use cases and strategic planning; understanding of A/B and Multi-variate test design and analytics tools; UX design and user research with detailed wireframes.
  • Knowledge of current web and mobile technologies; experience with enterprise CMS such as Adobe Experience Cloud, SDL Tridion, Opentext, Oracle and Sitecore; SEO best practices; analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work in a highly matrixed organization; business acumen, creativity, and quantitative analytical abilities; excellent communication.
  • Experience with personalization and 1:1 data capture techniques; understanding of privacy terms and conditions.
