Position Summary
You will lead the community oncology strategy to shape how we engage and deliver value to one of our largest and most complex customers across the United States. You will build and scale tailored, insight-led account plans with cross-functional partners, combining strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of oncology portfolio strategy aligned to community oncology and specialty GPO networks.
- Translate customer insights and analytics into practical account plans and measurable KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Brand, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Field, and Commercial Operations.
- Guide pilots and test-and-learn initiatives to optimize account engagement and measure outcomes.
- Build senior stakeholder alignment and present account performance and recommendations to leaders.
- Support the development of team members and partners to strengthen account capabilities and ways of working.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree
- 5+ years of commercial experience in healthcare (account management, customer marketing)
- 3+ years oncology experience
- Experience developing and implementing channel-specific oncology strategies across health systems, large integrated community oncology groups, and GPOs
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH or similar)
- Experienced in community oncology
- Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Familiarity with CRM systems, advanced analytics or AI-driven customer segmentation
- Track record running pilots and scaling successful account programs
