Strategy Analyst/Associate

Role: Strategy Analyst/Associate supporting Repligen's global corporate strategy and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to evaluate new opportunities and risks; executing primary and secondary research; analyzing data to generate insights; preparing reports for senior management; and developing financial models and business cases for strategic projects such as M&A, licensing, and product launches. The role also involves supporting diligence efforts for inorganic growth activities and collaborating across functions like R&D, commercial, and operations. Requirements: Bachelor's in STEM with 2-3 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, ideally within life sciences or bioprocessing; strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; excellent communication; ability to manage multiple projects; proactive with attention to detail. Preferred: advanced degree, experience with AI tools, and remote work capability.
