Strategy Analyst/Associate

Role: Strategy Analyst/Associate supporting Repligen's global strategic planning and inorganic growth initiatives. Responsibilities: conduct market research and competitive analysis, develop financial models and business cases, synthesize data to identify growth opportunities and risks, prepare reports and presentations for senior management, and assist with M&A, licensing, and partnership diligence across all business units and geographies. Qualifications: Bachelor's in STEM; 2-3 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, ideally within bioprocessing or related life sciences industries; strong analytical, problem-solving, and data synthesis skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with AI experience preferred; excellent communication and project management abilities. High-Value: focus on bioprocessing technologies for biologics manufacturing, supporting strategic initiatives in a rapidly growing, innovative biopharma supply chain context.
