Role Summary / Responsibilities:
Strategic Training Partner (Workforce Capability Architect for the global QMS) designs how processes translate into role-based capabilities, qualifications, and training programs across quality value streams.
- Translate process design into role-based capability models using value streams and process maps (role definitions, competencies, capability frameworks) ensuring alignment of process steps, system interactions, and required skills.
- Define and implement risk-based training to qualify colleagues to perform GxP processes in a regulated environment (role-based training models, curriculum design standards, qualification and requalification strategies).
- Ensure global consistency across sites, functions, and modalities.
- Integrate training into end-to-end value streams by aligning to Quality Event & CAPA, Change Control, Supplier Quality, and documentation updates; trigger training from process, SOP, system, and business requirement changes.
- Assess training content to avoid disconnects from executable tasks/regulatory requirements; eliminate redundant/low-value training.
- Provide capability assurance beyond completion by defining effectiveness measures (performance outcomes, error reduction, CAPA actions), identifying capability gaps (deviation trends, audits, inspections), and closing feedback loops.
- Align digitally with LMS/QMS systems; support automation of assignments, on-the-job recertifications, and qualification tracking.
- Synchronize training updates with documentation, process, and system changes; define impact assessment models for new/updated procedures; prevent misalignment between whatโ€™s written, trained, and executed.
- Ensure training/qualification supports ICH Q10 expectations: role-based, traceable, inspection-ready; personnel are qualified.
- Drive continuous improvement via role-based learning, just-in-time training, risk-based curricula, reduced training burden, and effectiveness/performance assessments.

Role Requirements / Qualifications:
- 8โ€“12+ years in GxP Quality, Training, or Learning & Development.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Life Sciences, or related field; Masterโ€™s preferred.
- Experience designing global training/qualification frameworks.
- Strong understanding of QMS processes and regulatory expectations.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).
- Process mapping/value streams experience preferred.
- Ability to translate process requirements into capability models.
- Strong stakeholder influence in global, matrixed environments.

Compensation:
- Pay range: $129,400โ€“$194,200. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
