Work model: Onsite 3 days/week, virtual 2 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate product vision/strategy for knowledge integration initiatives.
- Coordinate programs focused on ontologies, language solutions, and published knowledge integration; translate business/technical needs into roadmaps, backlogs, epics, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate execution of software development and service projects; allocate resources and deliver on timelines.
- Track progress and outcomes using KPIs; facilitate continuous improvement and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Partner with customers, partners, and stakeholders (key US point-of-contact); provide stakeholder updates and feedback loops.
- Work with the central AI team to ensure enterprise AI frameworks are leveraged and knowledge is usable via chat and agentic workflows.
- Identify opportunities to expand language/translation product reach (e.g., US & LATAM) and increase ecosystem adoption; advocate for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- BS + 7 years, MS + 6 years, or PhD + 2 years in product management/ownership or project coordination in technical/data-centric environments.
- Experience leading Agile teams; working knowledge of ontology design, FAIR principles, and data/metadata standards.
- Preferred: terminology management; language/translation solutions (incl. translation management systems).
- Strong communication, organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills; respect cultural differences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools (Jira, Confluence); MS 360 tools.
- Plus: pharmaceutical R&D/scientific domain experience.
