Strategic Pricing & Policy Analyst - Remote

Role: Remote Strategic Pricing & Policy Analyst supporting pricing strategies for clinical trial, laboratory, and healthcare services. Responsibilities: develop financial models, rate cards, and discount frameworks; analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends and risks; collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams; provide data-driven pricing recommendations; support workflow improvements, governance, and reporting of key metrics. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; 5+ years in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial analytics; advanced Excel skills; experience with large datasets and pricing tools; strong analytical and communication abilities. Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or healthcare sectors; knowledge of RFP/RFI processes, deal modeling, and CRM/ERP systems; ability to build cross-functional partnerships; proven project leadership. High-Value: focus on healthcare/laboratory services, commercial strategy, deal modeling, and data analysis within a fast-paced environment. Work setup: Remote, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM EST; no travel specified.
