Strategic Pricing & Policy Analyst - Remote

Role: Remote Strategic Pricing & Policy Analyst supporting laboratory and healthcare service pricing strategies. Responsibilities include developing financial models, rate cards, and discount frameworks for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and bid defenses; analyzing large datasets to identify pricing trends, risks, and opportunities; partnering with Commercial, Finance, Proposal Management, and Sales teams to provide data-driven pricing recommendations; and supporting pricing workflows, governance, and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; 5+ years in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial analytics, preferably within pharma, biotech, healthcare, or laboratory services. Preferred skills include advanced Excel, large dataset analysis, statistical tools, and experience with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and proposal development. High-Value: focus on healthcare/laboratory services, pricing strategy, commercial analytics, RFP/RFI processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: Remote, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
