Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee HEVA evidence communication strategy and ensure compliant, audience-appropriate U.S. dissemination materials and pathways (e.g., PIE, HCEI, CFL), including non-traditional compliant channels.
- Maintain accountability for publication SOPs; manage core publication templates/processes (e.g., CVD, US AMCP Dossier); align publication planning to evidence generation and medical communications.
- Lead day-to-day HUB coordination: utilization tracking, resource planning, KPI performance monitoring, quarterly leadership meetings, and internalization/onboarding collaboration.
- Execute HEVA Innovation Incubator (AI & digital): implement AI/digital tools, run roadmap timelines/vendor enablement, and coordinate with IS/Compliance/Legal.
- Ensure launch readiness and operational support for business development and cross-functional launch teams.
- Manage operational performance via short/long-term plans, KPIs, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Own project and financial management operations: budget/project tracking, vendor management, liaison with Finance/Procurement/Legal.
- Ensure SOPs, compliance with scientific/legal/regulatory/ethical standards, training, and audit readiness; coordinate audits and corrective/preventive actions.
- Serve as primary liaison with functional partners (Compliance, QA, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IS) and support operational improvement.

About You / Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s required (post-bachelorโ€™s preferred); advanced training in business admin/finance/economics or related preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in pharma, contract CRO/health outcomes research, academic healthcare research, or related; fellowships/post-doc count.
- Significant leadership preferred; experience managing direct reports in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Strongly preferred: publication processes, evidence dissemination, and/or health outcomes research operations.

Skills
- Knowledge of scientific, legal, regulatory standards and appropriate scientific exchange.
- Project management and operational performance expertise; ability with admin tech/AI & digital tools.
- Exceptional oral/written communication; strong cross-functional partnership; entrepreneurial, results-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
