Strategic Insight & Analytics Co-Op (Spring 2027)

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze secondary data sources to answer specific business questions and problems as they arise (ad hoc analysis)
- Create, refresh, process and analyze performance trends through automated dashboards or data tables
- Collaborate with key internal and external partners on national and subnational reporting data results (deliverables)
- Use extensive data to conduct analyses that provide key insights and drive strategic decisions
- Support market research projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (business/entrepreneurial focus preferred but not required)
- Analytical mindset and comfort using large amounts of data to drive insights (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint) (required)
- Experience with dashboards/data visualization tools (Tableau and/or Dataiku) (preferred but not required)
- Open-mindedness, autonomy, and willingness to improve analytical skills and draw strategic insights (required)
- Must reside within 30 miles of the location

Compensation:
- Expected pay range: $23.50–$52.50 per hour
