Role Summary

Strategic Account Director role focused on driving growth and maximizing sales across hospital and non-hospital channel partners, including GPOs, large Oncology practices, independent Urology practices, and imaging service providers. Remote position open to applicants authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on the Lantheus vision and strategy with channel customers; partner cross-functionally to drive product development and create and leverage business opportunities.
  • Champion and instill company and cultural values; ensure initiatives align with Lantheus’ culture and goals.
  • Execute on key channel strategies that align with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and translate insights into actionable strategic plans.
  • Extensive experience supporting Large Urology, Nuclear Medicine and Prostate Cancer sites.
  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners to expand market reach and enhance product distribution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop joint programs, incentives, and promotions to drive channel partner engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure achievement of commercial objectives and communicate with internal stakeholders to plan, develop and revise project deliverables.
  • Execute ongoing strategic planning to ensure long-term sustainability; ensure processes and projects meet compliance policies and guidelines.
  • Comprehensive contract negotiation and administration, including business case development, implementation, and performance measurement; manage time for regular account visits and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Provide consultative support and guidance to other executive leadership team members.
  • Demonstrate judgment and leadership to navigate market challenges and organizational changes.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 15+ years related experience with a Bachelor’s; or 12+ years with a Master’s; or 8+ years with PhD; or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in escalating roles within regulated life sciences organizations.
  • Minimum 3 years leading successful teams or in a Director-level National Accounts role.
  • Extensive commercial experience with a track record in therapeutics or diagnostics, including launches.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical/diagnostic/medical device industries and hospital systems; compliance knowledge.

Preferred

  • Experience with GPOs, Health Systems, and/or large account management.
  • Clinical or technical knowledge in radiopharmaceuticals, oncology, urology, and future trends.

Other Requirements

  • Routine overnight travel and frequent weekend work may be required.
