Role Summary
Strategic Account Director for the Southeast region focused on driving growth and managing key hospital and non-hospital channel partners, including GPOs, large oncology practices, independent urology practices, and imaging service providers. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align strategy, sales, and marketing initiatives. Remote position open to US applicants.
Responsibilities
- Execute on the vision and strategy with channel customers; collaborate cross-functionally to drive product development and create business opportunities.
- Champion and instill company values; ensure initiatives align with culture and goals.
- Execute key channel strategies aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate market trends and customer needs into actionable strategic plans.
- Support Large Urology, Nuclear Medicine and Prostate Cancer sites.
- Identify and evaluate potential channel partners to expand market reach and distribution.
- Develop joint programs, incentives, and promotions with the sales team to drive partner engagement and sales.
- Work cross-functionally to achieve commercial objectives; plan, develop, and revise project deliverables with stakeholders.
- Engage in strategic planning for long-term sustainability; ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Negotiate and administer contracts, develop business cases, implement, and measure performance; conduct regular account visits and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Provide consultative support to executive leadership.
- Demonstrate judgment and leadership through complex market challenges and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Typically 15+ years of related experience with a relevant degree; or 12+ years with a Masterβs; or PhD with 8+ years; or equivalent.
- 10+ years in escalating roles within regulated life sciences organizations.
- At least 3 years leading teams or in a Director-level National Accounts role.
- Extensive commercial experience with evidence of achievement in therapeutics or diagnostics, including launches.
- Strong understanding of hospital systems, GPOs, and compliance regulations.
Preferred
- Experience with GPOs, health systems, and large account management.
- Clinical/technical knowledge in radiopharmaceuticals, oncology, urology, and related trends.
Other Requirements
- Routine overnight travel and possible frequent weekend work.
- Valid driverβs license.
