Main Responsibilities
- Assume leadership for assigned accounts; provide overall account leadership to cross-functional internal and external teams. Own strategic customers as business partnerships on behalf of Sanofi, build strategic account plans, deploy internal resources to drive value co-creation, and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to generate revenue through genuine partnerships with Sanofi’s largest/most complex customers. Develop deep understanding of customer business pressures, drivers, priorities, challenges, and opportunities; maintain knowledge of business model, strategic goals, value-based care environment, competitors, and financial levers.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities by working directly with customers to develop and drive growth strategies, align teams, and build executive relationships with internal cross-functional partners. Conduct business coaching and strategy sessions to co-create customer value and maintain internal alignment; serve as the central focal point for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Minimum required skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends; proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Proven ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Field sales experience with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and other large-organized customers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed and organized.
- Ability to adapt in a shifting environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.

Minimum preferred skills & experience
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with impact/influence with key internal stakeholders.

Travel
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
