Main Responsibilities
- Assume leadership within assigned accounts; provide overall account leadership to cross-functional internal/external teams.
- Own assigned strategic customers and manage them as business partnerships on behalf of Sanofi.
- Build strategic account plans; organize and deploy Sanofi resources to drive value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Build and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to generate revenue through partnerships with Sanofi’s largest/most complex customers.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business (drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities) and maintain knowledge of business model, strategic goals, position in healthcare/value-based care, competitors, and financial levers.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; develop and drive growth strategies with internal cross-functional teams and executive relationships.
- Lead business coaching/strategy sessions to facilitate customer value co-creation and internal alignment.
- Act as central focal point for communications on account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications
Minimum required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Demonstrated access to C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Proven ability to translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals/health systems/IHNs and other large-organized customers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed, organized, excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.

Minimum preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with impact/influence with key internal stakeholders.

Travel
- Up to 75% travel.
