Main Responsibilities:
- Assume leadership for assigned strategic accounts; provide overall account leadership to internal and external teams. Build and execute strategic account plans, coordinate internal resources, drive value co-creation with customers, and meet/exceed Sanofi revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to generate revenue through partnerships within large, complex customer organizations. Develop deep understanding of customers’ business, pressures/drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities, business model, strategic goals, competitive landscape, and financial levers.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; partner with customers to develop growth strategies and executive relationships. Conduct business coaching/strategy sessions to facilitate customer value co-creation and internal alignment. Serve as the central point of contact for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:
Minimum Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of field sales or account management experience
- Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends; track record accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers
- Ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans with internal stakeholders
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience working with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and other large organized customers
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed, organized; excellent written/oral communication
- Adaptability in shifting environments
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; ability to safely operate a vehicle

Minimum Preferred Skills & Experience
- MBA or advanced degree; strong data analytics
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance
- Proficient in MS Office and customer management databases
- Experience leading teams with influence on key internal stakeholders

Travel:
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
