Strategic Account Manager- Vaccines

Main Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for assigned strategic vaccine accounts; build and execute strategic account plans; coordinate internal resources to drive customer value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust-based stakeholder relationships to generate revenue through partnerships with Sanofi’s largest and most complex customers; understand customer business drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities, business model, strategic goals, and competitive/financial dynamics.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; develop growth strategies with customers and align teams and executive relationships across internal cross-functional partners; conduct business coaching/strategy sessions and serve as the focal point for account communications (planning, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers and translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Experience working with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals/health systems/IHNs and other large-organized customers.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, organization/execution, adaptability, and excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license, eligible for insurance, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree; strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with impact/influence on key internal stakeholders.

Travel
- Up to 75% to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.
