Main Responsibilities
- Lead assigned strategic accounts; build and own strategic account plans; coordinate internal resources to drive value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and manage trust-based relationships with external stakeholders; understand customer business drivers, priorities, competitors, and value-based healthcare environment.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; develop growth strategies and executive relationships; conduct business coaching/strategy sessions to ensure internal alignment and account growth; serve as focal point for communications on account planning, strategy, collaboration, resources, and customer engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience (internal high performers may be considered with less experience).
- Broad understanding of health system business and decision-making processes; proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Proven ability to translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Experience working with P&T committees and decision-maker/influencer roles in hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and other large organized customers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed, organized, adaptable.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.

Travel: Up to 75%.
