Main Responsibilities:
- Assume leadership for assigned accounts, providing overall account leadership to cross-functional internal/external teams; manage strategic customers as business partnerships for Sanofi.
- Build strategic account plans, organize/deploy internal resources to drive value co-creation with customers, and meet/exceed Sanofi revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to generate revenue within Sanofi’s largest/most complex customers.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business (pressures/drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities), maintaining knowledge of business model, strategic goals, and position in healthcare including value-based care, competitors, and financial levers.
- Identify/qualify high-value opportunities and develop/grow growth strategies with internal cross-functional alignment and executive relationships.
- Conduct business coaching/strategy sessions with account teams to co-create customer value and ensure internal alignment.
- Serve as central focal point for communications on account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Broad understanding of health system decision-making processes and market trends; proven track record accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Proven ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with influence over key internal stakeholders.
- Field sales experience with P&T committees and decision-makers/influencers in hospitals/health systems.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed/organized; adaptability.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.

Travel:
- Up to 75% to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.
