Main Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership for assigned strategic vaccine accounts; own strategic account planning and coordinate internal resources to co-create customer value and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Build and manage trust-based partnerships with external stakeholders; develop deep knowledge of customer business drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities, and the healthcare environment (including value-based care, competitors, and financial levers).
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; develop growth strategies with customer teams; conduct business coaching/strategy sessions; serve as the central point for account communications (planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, customer engagement).

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Skills & Experience):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of health system decision-making and market trends; proven ability to engage C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans and execute/tailor tactical initiatives; prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals/health systems/IHNs and other large organized customers.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, self-direction, planning/execution, adaptability, and written/oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree; strong data analytics; experience in Market Access/Pricing/Contracting/Finance; MS Office and customer management databases; experience leading teams with stakeholder influence.

Travel:
- Up to 75%.
