Main Responsibilities:
- Make decisions and build plans with a combined business and scientific mindset.
- Achieve and exceed patient sales targets; educate targeted healthcare providers on the Sanofi Rare portfolio within assigned accounts/regions.
- Develop and communicate deep scientific understanding of cross-lysosomal storage diseases (xLSDs) and Sanofi offerings.
- Build awareness and early education on signs and symptoms of xLSD diseases.
- Educate on diagnosis pathways, diagnostic tests, and free testing programs; communicate clinical benefits, efficacy, and safety.
- Educate on product administration, treatment expectations, and the importance of adherence/compliance.
- Support the referral network by encouraging referrals to โrightโ specialists.
- Understand and navigate the key account ecosystem to maintain long-term relationships with customers and KOLs.
- Develop and implement a galaxy-specific business plan and use available resources to deliver Rare Disease objectives.
- Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively regionally and cross-functionally.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
- Strong network development experience (connections, referrals, infrastructure for key accounts).
- Strategic sales thinker; ability to analyze complex markets and develop solutions.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills and executive presence.
- Digital literacy/digital-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Track record of proven success.
- Live within 50 miles of ZIP 30322.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in rare diseases or specialized therapeutic areas.
- Strategic account management experience.
